What personal information we collect about you
We collect only information which you directly provide to us when setting up as a new or potential investor. This would typically consist of your office address and telephone number, and/or your e-mail address.
We may log contacts with you via email, in face-to-face meetings, and via telephone, to help us provide you with a better service.
How we use personal information we collect
We use your personal information for contact purposes with respect to your investment. This may include sharing your personal information with our fund administrator Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd, as well as providing information where required by law or regulation, such as to a securities exchange or regulator if required. We do not sell or share any information to any other party.

We do not disclose or share personal information with any other party, except as permitted or required by law, or as necessary to provide asset management services.

Information storage and security: We store all data in-house and endeavor to take sufficient technical measures to secure your data.
How long we keep information: We may retain your account information indefinitely as part of our contact log, unless requested for deletion by you in writing and as long as deletion complies with our legal obligations.
How to access and control your personal information: We have certain choices available to you when it comes to your information. Below is a summary of those choices, how to exercise them and any limitations.
Request a copy of your information: You have the right to request a copy of what we have on record as your contact information, and any other personal information we may hold.
Access and update your information: Contact us directly in writing for any amendment to your personal information.
Delete your information or “to be forgotten”: Contact us directly in writing if you wish us to delete your personal information. We might not be able to delete your personal information if it does not fulfil our legal and regulatory obligations.
How we transfer information we collect internationally
International transfers of information we collect: We collect information through either of our office locations. We may transfer, process and store your information outside of the territory where it is collected, including where appropriate to the location where our fund administrator operates, for the purpose of providing you with our services. Whenever we transfer your information, we endeavor to take steps to protect it.
International transfers within the Rockhampton group: To facilitate our group operations, we may transfer information between offices. We use the same private policy for all locations.
International transfers to third parties: Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd is currently the only third-party entity which we use as our fund administrator. Personal data may be transferred between the two parties as needed for investor management. There are no other third parties with which we share any personal data, except as permitted and required by law, or as necessary to provide asset management services.
